Apply now for the EUROPEAN FOUNDRY WOMEN’S AWARD 2023!

by | May 9, 2023

The foundry industry needs the talent of the new generation to fulfil its key role in the green transition of the European industry. Women must be part of this strategy, because more than ever it will be the integration of the talents of all that will help to address the important challenges that we have to face in the transformation of our industries and our economies towards a more sustainable future.

The full integration of women in the industry is not only a great opportunity to develop new talent, but it is also an important responsibility for the industry to ensure parity of opportunity, as well as a way for the industry to demonstrate its commitment to increasing diversity, which is a key aspect of the ODD and of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive that will apply to most of our companies from 2025. EFF members are keenly aware of the role of women in the foundry and casting industry and the need to enable and ensure the development of women’s careers in our foundries and the associated supply chains.

EFF therefore calls on you to participate in the 2nd edition of the:
